Internally, we are organized to ensure that our clients always have access to our management team.  Regular contact meetings are scheduled so our senior management leaders visit all of our clients at least every three months.

We hire based on a wide range of required skills, experience and aptitude, from more than 20 nationalities, as well as a high and growing percentage of skilled and semi-skilled male and female Saudis.

Our focus and commitment to our people has resulted in great staff loyalty, with a retention rate upwards of 86%.
